VENDOR CODE OF CONDUCT

At The Fision we are committed to integrity, transparency, and responsible business practices. It is our policy to ensure the below guidelines are the foundational framework, outlining ethical principles and standards within our supply chain. We require the factories that manufacture our products follow verifiable and internationally accepted labor standards and industry best practices By adhering to the below principals, our brand commits to creating apparel that not only meets the highest-quality standards but equally contributes positively to society and the planet.

 

    Compliance

      Our suppliers shall operate in full compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations including those relating to labor, wages, workers health and safety and the environment.  Our suppliers are required to implement systems to monitor and minimize the impact of their operations on the environment.
       

      Child Labor

      Our suppliers are strictly prohibited from using Child or Forced Labor.  They may not employ workers under the age of 15 and must comply with all legal requirements pertaining to working hours, wages and working conditions. They must maintain proper documentations of each worker's date of birth.
       

      Discrimination

      Our suppliers must employ workers on the basis of their ability to do the job, without regards to gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital or maternity status, ethnicity or political opinion.
       

      Freedom of Association

      Our suppliers will recognize and respect employee's right to freedom of association and collective bargaining without harassment, intimidation or retaliation.
       

      Working Conditions 

      Our suppliers must treat all workers with respect and dignity. Factories must not threaten to use any forms of coercion or hostile behavior including any form of physical, sexual, psychological or verbal abuse.  All employees must receive regular health and safety training.
       

      Wages and benefits

      Our suppliers must pay wages and overtime in compliance with all local laws. Workers must be paid at least the minimum legal wage. Employee's shall be compensated for overtime hours at the rate established by law or regulations.  If those don't exist then employees will be paid at a premium rate.

       

      Working hours

      Our suppliers must set working hours in compliance with all applicable laws and shall carry out business in ways that limit overtime and ensure humane and productive working conditions. Employers are prohibited from requiring their employees to work more than the regular and overtime hours permitted under the law of the country where they are employed. All overtime shall be voluntary and all employees shall be entitled to at least one day off in every consecutive seven days.
