How do I trace the supply chain of my garment?
Each t-shirt features a unique QR code printed on the outside. By scanning the QR code, you can access the entire supply chain information verified by blockchain technology. This allows you to see the journey of your garment, from dirt to shirt.
What is FibreTrace® Verified and how does it ensure transparency in your supply chain?
FibreTrace® Verified is our technology partner that plays a vital role in achieving full traceability within our supply chain. By embedding a unique DNA marker directly into the fiber of our garments, we ensure that each step in the supply chain is accurately recorded. At every stage, from ginning to sewing, this DNA marker is scanned, allowing us to create a comprehensive and verifiable record of the garment's journey. When you scan the QR code on our garments, you'll have access to this traceability information, enabling transparency and accountability throughout the entire process.
Where are your t-shirts manufactured?
Our t-shirts are proudly manufactured in the USA, specifically in Los Angeles, CA. By producing locally, we reduce the carbon footprint associated with transportation and support local economies.
How do you package your tees?
For our packaging we use POLLAST!C ™ mailers and polybags fromBetter Packaging Co which are made from 100% recycled ocean bound plastic pollution. By working closely and responsibly with coastal communities in Southeast Asia, where over 80% of plastics enter our oceans, our packaging not only helps clean up the environment but also helps break the cycle of poverty. Independent life cycle analysis has shown POLLAST!C mailers to be the lowest carbon form of packaging commercially available. In fact, they have a carbon footprint 75% less than that of traditional plastic mailers and 30% less than even 100% recycled paper. Certified carbon neutral and fully traceable, of course.
How do you use blockchain technology?
Blockchain technology is an integral part of our traceability process facilitated by FibreTrace® Verified. When the unique DNA marker embedded in the fiber is scanned at each step of the supply chain, the corresponding data is securely recorded on a blockchain.
A blockchain is a decentralized and immutable digital ledger that records transactions or events across multiple computers or nodes. Each recorded data point, such as the garment's production, transportation, and distribution, forms a block in the chain. These blocks are linked together chronologically, creating an unchangeable and transparent record of the garment's journey.
What are your t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are made from E*GEC by EcoLife, a CO2 neutral blend of Good Earth Cotton® and GRS-certified recycled cotton. Good Earth Cotton® is a climate-positive cotton grown using regenerative farming techniques, while recycled cotton helps us move towards a circular model of manufacturing.
How do you ensure ethical labor practices in your supply chain?
We prioritize ethical labor practices and accountability. Through blockchain technology provided by FibreTrace® Verified, we accurately record every step in the supply chain, ensuring transparency and accountability. Do you have any certifications validating your sustainability claims?
Yes, Good Earth Cotton® is certified Carbon Friendly, and the carbon data for cotton is available on the Good Earth Cotton® website. The yarn we use, E*GEC by Eco Life, is CO2 neutral, and our recycled component is GRS certified.
My shirt has a hole, stain, tear etc :(
Our tee's are designed to last a long time, but accidents happen. We are fans of the vintage look and think holes can give a rock and roll vibe. If that's not your style, try mending! It's easier than you think.
If you aren't able to get a stain out, visible mending, darning, and patching are also great ways to cover the mark.
My t-shirt is beyond repair or I don't want it anymore.
Nothing lasts forever. Clothes are meant to be worn, used, and loved. We do offer take-back program, please reach out to us at info@thefision.com to learn more.
Whatever you do, don't throw it in the garbage! Textile waste should not go to landfills, here or in the global south (did you know most donated clothes end up in landfills?)
If the take-back program isn't workable, try these solutions:
- cutting into zero waste face or cleaning cloths
- cheese cloth substitute in the kitchen
- local textile recycling program
- Upcycling crafts

Orders & Shipping
Can I change my address after placing my order?
Modifying or canceling an order is possible so long as your order hasn't entered the packaging or shipment phases. Our top priority is to get you your T-shirt quickly. Once an order is placed, we begin the process immediately. If you need to make a change, please reach out to our customer service team at info@thefision.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated based on shipping address and will not be charged for orders shipping to states in which no sales tax is due. Items shipped to destinations in the following states and US territories may be subject to tax:

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days and shipped via standard ground shipping. Depending on your location and the shipping carrier used, your order should arrive within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as it's available.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. We cover the shipping costs, and there are no restocking fees. To initiate a return or exchange, visit our return portal, and follow the instructions provided.
What if my order arrived damaged or is not correct?

My package never arrived! What do I do?
Check your tracking information, if says it has been delivered reach out directly to the shipping courier. In the case of a lost or stolen package, it is the responsibility of the courier and they will be able to help you.
